Daddy Dearest...

Dad's got blood in his urine again.

The doctors think that his remaining kidney may be failing, but we're all hoping it's just some sort of fixable internal bleeding caused by his warphrin (blood thinners). Later this month he gets a battery of tests to see the depth of everything.

I hope he can hang on for a few more years...

-_- seeing your parent suffer like this is the greatest torture when you have a close connection to them.....I was feeling so numb when my mother was so sick, and I couldn't help her.....and now the same with my dad. I'd give everything to finally see him happy and well again....

*pats your back* Yeah... I know how that feels. It really is horrible. I heard the only other pains that could relate to seeing a close parent dwindle away is to see a lover or your child do so. My dad, had lost a daughter once, and he said it was the greatest pain ever.
